Lizzy is a results-oriented Economist with hands-on experience in digital data collection, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and evidence-based policy research. She has previously contributed to the development of major national fiscal documents, including Budget Policy Statements, Fiscal and Economic Reports and Mid-Year Budget Reviews at Malawi’s Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Decentralisation. Drawing on experience across Government and development consultancy, she brings a versatile skill set spanning mixed-methods research design, technical report writing, M&E and proposal development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Economics from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).
